The Age of Anxiety

There are many reasons to be anxious, some valid and some not. All of them can be ameliorated.

Zen Buddhism is known for being calming, helping people to suffer less and to be happier. The techniques that have been used for thousands of years can be used by you to learn to work with your anxiety.

In this series, Zen monk Eric Daishin McCabe discusses and leads several techniques that, with practice, have proven helpful for managing anxiety.

Every month, Ven. Daishin will add new practices. Students can either purchase lifetime access to this one series, or can join as members at a much lower cost and access to a full range of services.
